Funwari (ふんわり) means gently, airily, fluffily in Japanese, and that is exactly how you would describe the texture of our signature pancakes! Each pancake begins with egg whites whipped to soft peaks, essential to their airy quality, and is then cooked very slowly at low temperature. Tasting like a delicate balance between a soufflé and a traditional pancake, our pancakes are soft, bouncy, and... light!
